Welcome to MoonFarid, a shop for jewelry and raw materials for jewelry making. By accessing or purchasing from our online store, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.
1) Products and Pricing: Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to photography or screen settings. Prices are listed in PKR and may change without prior notice. Custom orders are accepted based on availability of materials and design feasibility.
2) Orders and Payments: Orders are treated as confirmed, payments accepted through cash on delivery, through banking channels, and also through as prescribed on this website. We accept payments through bank transfer. Order cancellations are allowed within 12 hours of placing the order.
3) Shipping and Delivery: Delivery timelines vary depending on location and product type. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. MoonFarid is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
4) Returns and Exchanges: Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items within 3 days of delivery. Return process requires proof of purchase and product photos. Custom-made jewelry and raw materials are non-refundable.
5) Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content on MoonFarid’s platforms are the property of MoonFarid and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
6) Privacy Policy: Customer information is kept confidential and used solely for order processing and communication. We do not share personal data with third parties except for delivery purposes.
7) Limitation of Liability: MoonFarid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or delivery delays.
