How to Request a Return
- Login to your DOKANAPNI account.
- Go to My Orders and select the item you wish to return.
- Click Initiate Return.
- Choose a return method, such as pickup or drop-off where available.
- Repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documents.
- Submit the package for return as guided by our support team.
Return Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- The product must not be used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Items that are tampered with or missing components will not be accepted.
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods, food, and groceries
- Personal care, health, hygiene, cosmetics, and skincare products
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel
- Software, downloadable products, and digital items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method where applicable.- Online payments may be refunded within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery orders may be refunded as store credit or bank transfer, based on user preference.
- Shipping fees may be deducted if the return is not due to seller error.
Change of Mind Policy

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are currently not supported directly. You may return the original product, if eligible, and place a new order for your desired item.- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- You must request the exchange within the return window.
- If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or seller-issued coupon may be provided.
