Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if any of the following conditions are met:
- You received the wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product.
- The product received is incomplete.
- The product is not as described or pictured on the website.
- You experienced a size or fitting issue (for applicable products).
Return requests must be initiated within the time window specified per category below.

How to Request a Return
- Login to your DokanApni account.
- Go to My Orders and select the item you wish to return.
- Click Initiate Return.
- Choose a return method — Pick-Up (if available) or Drop-Off.
- Repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Attach the return label and submit the package for return.
Once we receive, Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- The product must not be used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Items that are tampered with or missing components will not be accepted.
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
DokanApni reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:
- Perishable goods (food, groceries, etc.)
- Personal care, health, and hygiene products (cosmetics, skincare, etc.)
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel
- Software, downloadable products, and digital items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method:
- Online Payments (PayFast/Wallet / Bank Transfer): Refund within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds issued as store credit or bank transfer (based on user preference).
- Shipping fees may be deducted if the return is not due to a seller error.
Refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Change of Mind Policy
At DokanApni, “change of mind” returns are not accepted for most product categories unless explicitly stated.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Cancellation of order Policy
Buyers are permitted to cancel orders via their dashboard prior to shipment. Orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
Warranty Claims
Some products are covered under a brand or seller warranty.
If your product is eligible, please contact the manufacturer or DokanApni support for warranty assistance.
- Contact the seller directly or DokanApni support.
- Provide proof of purchase and warranty documentation.
Return Shipping Costs
- If your return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, DokanApni will cover all shipping costs.
- If the return does not meet these criteria, the customer may bear the shipping cost.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are currently not supported directly. You may return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for your desired item.
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- You must request the exchange within the return window.
- If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued or Seller can issue Coupon to use on his store.
