DOKANAPNI Guarantee & Promise helps protect buyers and sellers across Pakistan by supporting safer, more transparent marketplace transactions.
DOKANAPNI Guarantee & Promise protects users by holding seller payments until the buyer confirms receipt of the order. Once the buyer accepts the order, the payment is released to the seller according to marketplace policy.
How DOKANAPNI Guarantee Works
The DOKANAPNI Guarantee period is calculated from the order creation date and is based on the seller’s Days to Ship, courier delivery time, buyer confirmation time, and return/refund review period.
Example Calculation
1–3 days Seller Days to Ship + 3–8 days Courier Delivery Time + 2 days Buyer Confirmation Time + 2–4 days Return/Refund Review Window
Guarantee Period Includes
- Seller’s Days to Ship: Time given to sellers to prepare the order.
- Courier Delivery Time: Time taken for delivery after courier pickup.
- Buyer Confirmation Time: Time allowed for buyer to confirm receipt.
- Return/Refund Window: Additional review time for eligible return/refund cases.
Order Not Shipped
Sellers must ship orders within the allowed Days to Ship period, usually 1–3 days. Failure to ship on time may result in automatic order cancellation.
For non-COD orders, payment may be refunded to the buyer according to the DOKANAPNI Guarantee period. Repeated order failures may affect seller privileges.
