It protects users by holding payments from sellers until the buyer confirms receipt of the order. Once the buyer accepts the order, the payment is released to the seller.

Once your account is approved, you can start uploading your products and begin selling online across Pakistan.

Yes. You do not need a physical store to sell online in Pakistan on DokanApni. Individuals, home-based businesses, and small brands can register as sellers and start selling nationwide using our online marketplace.

Most sellers are approved within a short time after submitting their business details, CNIC, bank account information, address, and active mobile number. Once verified, you can immediately upload products and start selling on DokanApni.

A professional shop name plays a crucial role in building trust and confidence among buyers. To maintain a high standard and ensure a positive experience for both sellers and buyers, our platform has set clear guidelines for naming your shop. The following types of names will be flagged and not allowed:

1. Vulgar, Prohibited, Offensive, or Sensitive Words

Shop names that contain:

  • Profanity
  • Hate speech
  • Discriminatory terms
  • Any other offensive language

2. Platform-Specific Keywords

Shop names that use platform names inappropriately, such as:

  • Example: my_DokanApni_shop, myDokanApni, DokanApnisupermarket_shop, DokanApni, Meri Dokan, etc.

3. Unauthorized Use of Brand Names or Trademarks

Shop names that contain the names of well-known brands or official/flagship store terms without authorization, such as:

  • Example: Nike, Adidas, Dyson, iPhone, Samsung, etc.
  • Incorrect Usage: official_apple_store, my_huawei_shop_official, my_xiaomi_flagship

    Explosives and any dangerous or hazardous materials.

    Radioactive components and related containers.

Yes, bulk order and wholesale purchase options are available. If a seller enables these options and sets a wholesale price, customers can purchase items in bulk or at wholesale rates. Availability depends on whether the seller chooses to offer wholesale pricing.

Price differences can depend on product variations such as size, color, brand, model, or other specifications. For example, a larger size, premium brand, or upgraded version of a product may cost more than the standard option.
These factors ensure sellers have flexibility while giving customers a wide range of choices to suit their budget and preferences.

DokanApni is a multi-vendor platform, which means different shop owners sell their products independently. Each seller sets their own price based on their supplier costs, operating expenses, and desired profit margin. As a result, the same or similar product may have different prices across different shops.

Payments

Our banking Partners are Faysal bank and bank Alfalah. So all the payment method offered by these two banks payment gateway are accepted by DokanApni.
DokanApni do not store any kind of financial data all transactions are processed through our financial partners Faysal Bank and Bank Alfalah secure payment gateway to ensure your payment details are safe.

Currently, we do not offer installment plans, but this feature will be introduced soon.

If your payment fails, please double-check your card details and try again. All payments are securely processed through our partner banks’ payment gateways, so DokanApni does not have direct control over the transaction. If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your bank for further assistance.

It is not possible to pay twice for the same order. However, if you accidentally place the same order more than once, you can cancel it immediately. Your payment will be refunded within 5–7 business days to the same payment method used during purchase.

DokanApni Do not Store any Financial data, All Financial data is processed on partners banks online secure payment gateway.
  • Check if anyone (eg., child/spouse/parent) who might have access to your DokanApni account placed the order.
  • If not, your account has likely been compromised. We strongly encourage you to immediately change password and contact your bank/card issuer immediately.

Shipping

DokanApni is not a courier service provider, However our partner courier company can deliver to all serviceable areas nationwide. However, there are still some geographical restrictions. If our courier is not able to deliver to your area, we will inform you via SMS and/or email.

YES! DokanApni courier partners can deliver to your office if you have added it as your shipping address in your Address Book.

No, order pickup from the DokanApni office is not available.
DokanApni operates as an e-commerce platform that connects sellers and buyers. We act as a bridge between both parties, we do not store products at a central office.
All products are picked up directly from the seller’s doorstep and delivered straight to the buyer’s address. This process ensures faster handling and a smooth delivery experience without the need for office collection.
