DokanApni is committed to maintaining a secure, transparent, and professional marketplace environment for buyers and sellers across Pakistan.
Effective Date: 01 April 2026
This Vendor Agreement governs the relationship between DokanApni and all registered sellers/vendors using the marketplace platform. By registering as a seller on DokanApni, vendors agree to comply with marketplace policies, operational procedures, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

✅ Vendor Eligibility

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Operate legally within Pakistan
  • Provide valid contact and payment details
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Seller applications may require approval review

📦 Seller Responsibilities

  • Product authenticity and quality
  • Product descriptions and pricing
  • Inventory management
  • Packaging standards
  • Order fulfillment and shipping preparation
  • Customer communication
  • Compliance with marketplace policies

🛡 Product Approval & Moderation

DokanApni may review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove product listings that:
  • Violate marketplace policies
  • Contain misleading information
  • Include prohibited products
  • Use inappropriate content/images
  • Create safety concerns
  • Violate intellectual property rights
Product approval may take between 12–24 hours.

  • Drugs or narcotics
  • Counterfeit products
  • Adult or explicit material
  • Fraudulent services
  • Stolen items
  • Restricted government-controlled products

Vendor payments may depend on:

  • Fraud prevention checks
Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate bank/payment details.

Vendors must only upload content they legally own or are authorized to use. DokanApni reserves the right to remove infringing content without notice.
