This Vendor Agreement governs the relationship between DokanApni
and all registered sellers/vendors using the marketplace platform.
By registering as a seller on DokanApni, vendors agree to comply with
marketplace policies, operational procedures, safety standards,
and compliance requirements.
✅ Vendor Eligibility
- Provide accurate registration information
- Operate legally within Pakistan
- Provide valid contact and payment details
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Seller applications may require approval review
📦 Seller Responsibilities
- Product authenticity and quality
- Product descriptions and pricing
- Inventory management
- Packaging standards
- Order fulfillment and shipping preparation
- Customer communication
- Compliance with marketplace policies
🛡 Product Approval & Moderation
DokanApni may review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove product listings that:- Violate marketplace policies
- Contain misleading information
- Include prohibited products
- Use inappropriate content/images
- Create safety concerns
- Violate intellectual property rights

- Illegal products
- Weapons or explosives
- Drugs or narcotics
- Counterfeit products
- Adult or explicit material
- Fraudulent services
- Stolen items
- Restricted government-controlled products
🚚 Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Timely order dispatch
- Proper product packaging
- Courier coordination
- Accurate shipping information
- Cooperation during delivery disputes
💳 Payments & Withdrawals
Vendor payments may depend on:- Successful delivery
- Buyer confirmation
- Refund/review period
- Fraud prevention checks

Vendors must comply with DokanApni Refund & Returns Policy.- Refund deductions
- Account suspension
- Marketplace penalties
- Marketplace removal
🔒 Marketplace Safety & Compliance
- Monitor seller activities
- Investigate suspicious transactions
- Suspend unsafe/fraudulent sellers
- Request identity verification documents
⚖ Intellectual Property
