This Safety Policy explains how to identify risks and protect yourself

Common Online Scams
- Phishing: Fake links requesting passwords, OTPs, card details, or bank information.
- Contest Fraud: Fake prize messages asking for money or personal information.
- Fake Pages: Websites or social media pages pretending to be DOKANAPNI.
- Impersonation: Calls or messages pretending to be from DOKANAPNI or courier partners.
DOKANAPNI Official Channels Will Always
- Use official DOKANAPNI communication channels.
- Use verified email addresses ending with @dokanapni.com.
- Accept payments only through DOKANAPNI-supported payment channels.
- Use the correct official spelling: DOKANAPNI.
- Communicate through verified Facebook, X, Instagram, and YouTube channels.
DOKANAPNI Official Channels Will Never
- Ask for your password, PIN, OTP, or card details.
- Ask you to pay money to claim a prize.
- Ask for payments outside the DOKANAPNI platform.
- Send suspicious websites or unknown payment links.
- Offer jobs through WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, or unofficial channels.
- Ask for remote access to your phone, computer, or bank account.
How to Protect Yourself
- Never share OTPs, passwords, PINs, or card details.
- Do not open suspicious links or attachments.
- Do not make payments on unofficial websites.
- Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
- Monitor your bank and card transactions regularly.
- Contact your bank immediately if you notice suspicious activity.
QR Payment Scams
Some scammers may pretend to be sellers and ask you to pay outside DOKANAPNI through QR codes or external payment links. Always complete payments only through official DOKANAPNI checkout and report any seller asking for outside payment.Cash-on-Delivery Scams
