Prices may vary for a couple of important reasons:
First, DokanApni is a multi-vendor platform, which means different shop owners sell their products independently. Each seller sets their own price based on their supplier costs, operating expenses, and desired profit margin. As a result, the same or similar product may have different prices across different shops.
Second, price differences can also depend on product variations such as size, color, brand, model, or other specifications. For example, a larger size, premium brand, or upgraded version of a product may cost more than the standard option.
These factors ensure sellers have flexibility while giving customers a wide range of choices to suit their budget and preferences.

DokanApni is not a courier service provider, However our partner courier company can deliver to all serviceable areas nationwide. However, there are still some geographical restrictions. If our courier is not able to deliver to your area, we will inform you via SMS and/or email.

YES! DokanApni courier partners can deliver to your office if you have added it as your shipping address in your Address Book.

No, order pickup from the DokanApni office is not available.
DokanApni operates as an e-commerce platform that connects sellers and buyers. We act as a bridge between both parties, but we do not store products at a central office.
All products are picked up directly from the seller’s doorstep and delivered straight to the buyer’s address. This process ensures faster handling and a smooth delivery experience without the need for office collection.

DokanApni Guarantee is a feature that protects both buyers and sellers against fraudulent transactions, keeping online shopping and selling safe and easy. It protects users by holding the seller’s payment until the buyer confirms receipt of the order. Once the buyer accepts the order, the payment is released to the seller.
The DokanApni Guarantee period is calculated based on the seller’s Days to Ship (DTS), Courier Delivery Time, and Buyer Confirmation Time (confirmation of parcel receipt), starting from the order creation date.
Example Calculation:
2 (Days to Ship) + 5 (Courier Delivery Time) + 2 (Buyer Confirmation Time) + 2 (Return/Refund Window) = 11 Days Total

Definitions:
  • Seller’s Days to Ship (DTS) – The number of days given to sellers to prepare the order for delivery.
  • Courier Delivery Time – The number of days it takes for the order to arrive, starting from the day the courier successfully picks up the order from the seller until it is delivered to the buyer.
  • Buyer Confirmation Time – The number of days allowed for the buyer to confirm receipt after delivery by clicking the “Order Received” button. Once confirmed, the order moves from the “To Receive” tab to the “Completed” tab. If no confirmation is received within the allowed time, the order will automatically be marked as completed.
  • DokanApni Returns Window – If there are issues with the received item(s), or the buyer changes their mind (for eligible items), a return/refund request can be submitted within the Returns Window—even if the order is already confirmed or marked as “Completed.”

    Explosives and any dangerous or hazardous materials.
  • 5. Biochemical Products

    Radioactive components and related containers.
  • 7. Highly Toxic Chemicals
  • 8. Narcotic Drugs
    All types of illegal narcotic substances.
  • 9. Infectious & Restricted Biological Items
    Chemical products and infectious items such as animals, organisms, live plants, human bodies, or human body parts.
  • 10. Items Prohibited by Law
    Items prohibited from circulation, delivery, import, or export under national laws, regulations, or political directives.

To maintain a high standard and ensure a positive experience for both sellers and buyers, our platform has set clear guidelines for naming your shop. The following types of names will be flagged and not allowed:

 

1. Vulgar, Prohibited, Offensive, or Sensitive Words

Shop names that contain:

  • Profanity
  • Hate speech
  • Discriminatory terms
  • Any other offensive language

2. Platform-Specific Keywords

Shop names that use platform names inappropriately, such as:

  • Example: my_DokanApni_shop, myDokanApni, DokanApnisupermarket_shop, DokanApni, Meri Dokan, etc.,

3. Unauthorized Use of Brand Names or Trademarks

Shop names that contain the names of well-known brands or official/flagship store terms without authorization, such as:

  • Example: Nike, Adidas, Dyson, iPhone, Samsung, etc.
  • Incorrect Usage: official_apple_store, my_huawei_shop_official, my_xiaomi_flagship
