Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if any of the following conditions are met:
  • You received the wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product.
  • The product is not as described or pictured on the website.
  • You experienced a size or fitting issue for applicable products.
Return requests must be initiated within the applicable return window.
Important Note: Some items cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, freshness, or safety reasons. Please review the non-returnable items section before requesting a return.

How to Request a Return

  1. Login to your DOKANAPNI account.
  2. Go to My Orders and select the item you wish to return.
  3. Click Initiate Return.
  4. Choose a return method, such as pickup or drop-off where available.
  5. Repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documents.
  6. Submit the package for return as guided by our support team.
Once received, our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • The product must not be used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items that are tampered with or missing components will not be accepted.
  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
DOKANAPNI reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, food, and groceries
  • Personal care, health, hygiene, cosmetics, and skincare products
  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel
  • Software, downloadable products, and digital items
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method where applicable.
  • Online payments may be refunded within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery orders may be refunded as store credit or bank transfer, based on user preference.
  • Shipping fees may be deducted if the return is not due to seller error.
Refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Change of Mind Policy

Change of mind returns are not accepted for most product categories unless explicitly stated on the product page. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Cancellation of Order Policy

Buyers may cancel orders through their dashboard before shipment. Orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

Return Shipping Costs

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are currently not supported directly. You may return the original product, if eligible, and place a new order for your desired item.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • You must request the exchange within the return window.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or seller-issued coupon may be provided.
